Why is the security alarm ringing?

If you are the first person in the building the alarm will turn on. You will need to turn off the alarm by putting your code into the alarm panel.

What if I do not have a code?

If you do not have a code then you will not be able to turn off the alarm. Immediately, call the Director of Operations,  James Harris at (510) 760-3611. 

What should I do if I cannot contact the Director of Operations?

The police will arrive on site to verify if there is a intruder(s). Please evacuate the building and wait outside until the police arrive. 

What steps should I take afterwards?

Please contact James Harris or the operations team to discuss the circumstances that led to the alarm turning on, so we can prevent further incidents.
