How to reset password in ADP?

How to access W-2 form and Paystubs?

Step 1: Log into ADP workforce at workforce.adp.com

Step 2: Go to “Myself” Tab

Step 3: Under “Pay” click on “Pay & Tax Statements”

Step 4: On the “Pay & Tax Statements” page, there should be a “Tax Statements” box with the W-2 for previous years. Or on the left for “My Pay” select a paystub and at the bottom there should be a “Download” button.

Step 5: to Download, click on “View Statement”. Once you do so, it will take you to the “Security Checkpoint”. Select the option you would like to receive your security code.

Step 6: You will then receive a security code to your cellular device or email. Enter the security into the box, then “Submit Code”

How to clock in/out?

Step 1: You can clock in through ADP workforce at workforce.adp.com

Step 2 : On the right side of the Homepage, you will see “My Time”

Step 3: When you start your shift, click “CLOCK IN”

Step 4: When you finish your shift, click “CLOCK OUT”

How to meal out/meal return from lunch?

Step 1: You can clock in through ADP workforce at workforce.adp.com

Step 2 : On the right side of the Homepage, you will see “My Time”

Step 3: When you start your shift, click “CLOCK IN”

Step 4: When you finish your shift, click “CLOCK OUT”

Step 5: When going to lunch, click  “Meal Out”

** You should be taking a full 30 Min lunch

Step 6: When coming back from your lunch, click “Meal Return”

Step 7: When shift is complete, click “Clock out”

How to view timecards?

Two different ways you can view your Timecard:

  1. On the ADP Homepage in the “My Time” box.
  2. Go to “Myself”, then under “Time & Attendance” click on “My Timecard”

You should be able to view your current timecard, or any previous timecards submitted.

How to update personal information?

Step 1: Log into through ADP workforce at workforce.adp.com

Step 2 : Click on “Myself” tab

Step 3: Under “My Information” click on “Profile”. This should take you to the Profile window and you can update your personal information, work information, and emergency contacts. You can view your Time & Attendance and Pay Info.

How to view your Sick & PTO hours?

Step 1: Log into through ADP workforce at workforce.adp.com

Step 2: Go to “Myself”

Step 3: then go to “Time Off”, once you select “Time Off” see “Time Off Balances”.

Step 4: This will take you to the “Time Off Balances” window and you should see all the policies assigned to you and what their balances are individually.

How to add a payment option?

Step 1: Go to “Myself”

Step 2: Under “Pay” click on “Payment Options”

Step 3: Click on “Add a Bank Account” if you would like to add a new account or edit your current Direct Deposit account to deposit a certain amount.

Where do I find my employee documents?

Step 1: Go to “Myself”

Step 2: Under “Employment” click on “My Documents”

How to request time off?

Step 1: Go to “Myself”

Step 2: Under “Time Off” click on “Request Time Off”

Step 3: Click on “Request Time Off” then select dates, time off policy, & response date by.

Step 4: Click “Submit”
