Who is eligible to participate in the Referral Program?

Any regular BGCP staff, part-time or full-time, is eligible to participate.

Seasonal/temp employees do not qualify.

How does the Referral Program work?

If a BGCP new hire for any regular (part-time or full-time) position is hired because of your referral, then after they successfully conclude their 90 Day with BGCP, you, the person who referred them to BGCP, will receive a Referral Bonus.

This does not apply to seasonal/temp positions.

How does an applicant indicate a current BGCP employee referred them to the position?

In every application, there is a section for the applicant to indicate if they were referred to the position or not. This is where the applicant needs to put your name (first and last).

The applicant MUST input the referral’s name on their application for it to be a valid referral.

What amount is the Referral Bonus?

$250

When and how would I receive the Referral Bonus?

You will receive your Referral Bonus in your next paycheck after the person you referred successfully concludes their first 90 days.

Is there a limit to how many Referral Bonuses I can receive?
