What shirts are included in the current BGCP swag bundle?
Within the first few weeks of hire you should receive one of each below.
Blue T-Shirt
Gold T-Shirt
Burgundy T-Shirt
Black T-Shirt
Black Polo
If you are missing any of the items listed above, please submit a Happy Fox ticket and specify which shirts/swag items you are missing. Please note we may be out of stock in some shirts/swag items at the time of your hire, so please be patient.
Can I get multiples of a single shirt/swag item (e.g. two blue T-shirts, etc.)?
Unfortunately we cannot give out multiples of a single shirt/swag item. We want to ensure we have enough shirts/swag items for all new staff members and any current staff members that need replacements.
What do I do if I received a shirt/swag item that doesn't fit or is the wrong size?
You have 24 hours from when you receive your shirts/swag items to let us know if something doesn't fit. All returns should be brought to the Menlo Park/Admin location unless another arrangement has been made.
I never received all of the shirts in the BGCP swag bundle. What do I do?
If you never received all of the items in the BGCP swag bundle, please submit a Happy Fox ticket specifying which shirts/swag items you are missing.
What do I do if a shirt/swag item is damaged and cannot be worn anymore?
Please submit a Happy Fox ticket specifying which shirt/swag item you need replaced.
How soon can I request replacement shirts/swag items if I'm a new hire?
If you are new to BGCP, you cannot request replacement shirts/swag items until six months after your start date. If for whatever reason a shirt/swag item has been severely damaged before the six months, please submit a picture of the damage with a Happy Fox ticket and we will get a replacement for you.
